As in most of the villages surrounding Lake Como, the apartment is reachable by foot only, passing through the typical village streets (stone stairways). Free public parking can be found in the center of the village (a 5-minute walk from the apartment).

The end-of-stay cleaning fee includes special sanitary protocol and hygiene requirements from the Italian Ministry of Health.
The tourist tax set by Brienno Municipality is € 2 per person. Children under the age of 7 are exempt from the tourist tax.
A security deposit can be paid upon arrival.
