As in most of the villages surrounding Lake Como, the apartment is reachable by foot only, passing through the typical streets of the village (stone stairways) . Free public parking can be found in the center of the village (5 min walk from the apartment).
Check-in: 3:00 to 8:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am.
Welcome pack, sheets and beds ready upon arrival.
End of stay cleaning fee includes special sanitary protocol and hygiene requirements from the Italian the Ministry of Health.
The tourist tax set by Brienno Municipality is € 2 per person. Children under the age of 7 are exempt from the tourist tax.
A security deposit can be asked upon arrival.
