In December, the Brienno landscape lights up with beautiful colours you can admire from boat tours. For the holidays, the village hosts a wonderful Christmas Market (Mercatini di Natale di Brienno) with quality products: homemade honey, jams, chocolates, design, Christmas decorations, etc.
The market is displayed in the medieval streets around the lake. All the streets are beautifully decorated in the spirit of Christmas. It is enchanting! It is a must-go if you are in the area on Sundays preceding Christmas!
